Physical Hardware Returns (Printers & Supplies)

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Printers must be in original condition with all accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging.
• Contact support@stepinstall.com or call 1-888-371-9293 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns are inspected at our Versailles, KY facility within 3 business days of arrival.

Digital Software Licenses & Activation Keys

Unrevealed, unredeemed digital license keys can be cancelled and fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a license key has been permanently registered to your individual publisher account with Norton, McAfee, or Bitdefender, it is tied to that account and cannot be refunded by Stepinstall.com.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
