Automatic Cancellation (Unverified Orders)

If our security team cannot verify an order after 3 call attempts, the transaction is automatically cancelled and the pre-authorization is completely VOIDED. You incur ZERO transaction on your payment card.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Physical hardware orders may be cancelled at any time before warehouse dispatch. Digital license orders may be cancelled prior to license revelation or publisher redemption. To cancel, call 1-888-371-9293 or email support@stepinstall.com.
